My kids ended up staying up late today because it took me SO LONG to get out of the Galbadia missile base and then find a draw point. I got killed against the boss battle the other day, then today it killed me again. I finally got past it on the third try, then couldn't find a save point until Squall et al killed a T-rexsaur. Frustrating! Especially because the fighting is my least favorite part of any game.
I did find everyone's thoughts about Squall right before the missile base explodes interesting. There's clearly an arc they're leaning hard on about Squall just being thrust into a position of leadership and everyone thinking he's naturally going to be their leader, while he himself is like "wtf I have no idea what I'm doing." Relatable tbh!
Oh, also I passed the bit in D-district where Squall comes back for Zell and I'm blanking on the dialogue but I finally understood where the Squall/Zell ship comes from lol
