smutswap nominations are open!! For those who don't know smutswap is my absolute favorite fanfic exchange. It's universally fun every single time, and I get to write different and unusual smutty fanfic. Last year I wrote an original fic for the ship of "Spaceship AI In Love With Pilot/Pilot Feeling Obligated To Keep Their Professional Distance." Also I love how the rules for it are so simple, like, there's no complicated anything, you just have to write some down and dirty smut.

The hardest part is signing up, tbh. Nominating is kind of difficult too, for the same reason: there are just so many things that I want, and I have trouble limiting it to the amount I'm allowed to do. Anyway right now I'm just excited at the opportunity to finally get the kind of FFVIII smut that is in rare supply, but I have to think about what other fandoms I want to nominate. FFXV for sure, maybe Young Justice? Last year I received some wonderful YJ smut as a gift. Gotham? Oh man Supergirl for sure, I have been craving smut about Brainy for this entire season (Brainy/Nia anyone??). I should come up with some ideas for orig fic ships too because the orig fic ship list for smutswap is always a trip and a half.
